Scheduling


Intake: When you contact us regarding our services, one of our team will respond to you either by phone or by email to conduct an initial consultation for which there is no charge. 

Missed appointments: If you can’t attend an appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance or you may be required to pay for the time slot. If you don’t show up for an appointment and haven’t cancelled, you may be charged for the appointment. If there are frequent cancellations, late cancellations, or no-shows, we reserve the right to deny services.
