The initial screening call is without charge and typically takes place with our intake coordinator. The fees for subsequent sessions depend on the team member you select and the service they provide. This can be discussed in the initial screening call. A sliding scale is available.
Employee benefits packages may cover some providers and services and not others. Often there are limits to the coverage on a yearly basis. It is your responsibility to determine your coverage and whether the team member and the service they provide are covered by your benefits.
Fees for biofeedback and neurofeedback treatments with one of our trainers are billed at $75 to $135 per hour. A fee schedule for a full program in biofeedback and neurofeedback is available on request.
Payment can be made by cash, check, or e-Transfer.
