Attentive Mind: Psychological Services for Mindful Living

Our services at Attentive Mind are designed to assist those seeking to enhance their lives through the cultivation of wise, purposeful attention. Whether it is a situational crisis, issues in relationships or at work or problems with depression, anxiety, panic, anger, stress, trauma or chronic pain, we can help. We also assist those who want to improve their attention skills and develop a more mindful approach to life. Supportive counselling, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, meditation coaching, hypnosis, biofeedback and neurofeedback are provided by our lead clinician, Dr. Alan McAllister, Psychologist. These services are available to residents of Ontario via phone and video-conferencing and in-person in our offices in Bancroft and Peterborough, Ontario.
